Dylan’s Run is a 2 mile run/walk for the Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin and autism research taking place at Henry Maier Festival Park and along the beautiful Milwaukee lakefront. Join us for an inspirational day with several thousand fantastic people and then stay to enjoy Indian Summer Festival after the walk.
The Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin has been serving families in our area for over 35 years. Dylan’s Run is our largest fundraiser, and was created to build awareness about autism in the Milwaukee area and to generate dollars for autism research and outreach programs. At the time the Run was established in 2001, the rate of Autism was 1 out of 500 children. It is now 1 in 88, which highlights the urgent need for more services and research. This event raises autism awareness and allows families and individuals affected by autism to have an opportunity to come together and show their support for each other. Proceeds are used to support the mission of the Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin, to improve the lives of all affected by Autism.
