The Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin has been serving families in our area for over 40 years. Dylan’s Run is our largest fundraiser and was created to build awareness about autism in the Milwaukee area and to generate dollars for autism research and outreach programs. At the time the Run was established in 2001, the rate of Autism was 1 out of 500 children. It is now 1 in 68, which highlights the urgent need for more services and research. This event raises autism awareness and allows families and individuals affected by autism to have an opportunity to come together and show their support for each other. Proceeds are used to support the mission of the Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin, to improve the lives of all affected by Autism. All the money raised at this event goes toward services for families living in Wisconsin.
